Consultation

​Our design consultant visits you in the comfort of your own home so you can discuss your dream renovation. We also have a partner architect for that extra expertise.

Concept & Planning

Your extension and renovation needs are discussed, architect designs created where desired. From there a design concept plus cost estimate is developed.

Building & Completion

Your Project Manager meets on the site and manages every step of extension and renovation.
Constant communication loop and updates are provided, and completion on time.
